Here’s what CNBC TV’s producers were watching as the Dow Industrials surged more than 600 points, and what’s on the radar for the next session. The market DoubleLine CEO Jeffrey Gundlach told CNBC TV’s Scott Wapner on ” Closing Bell ” Monday that he sees “a very good opportunity to add to gold and to add to commodities” at current levels. He was less enthusiastic about stocks and credit. Since the war began, gold futures have lost 16%. Copper futures are down 9% in March. West Texas Intermediate crude futures are up 33% in March. Brent futures are up 38% in March. Natural gas futures are up 1% in March. The Nasdaq Composite is down 3% in March. The S & P 500 is down 4.3% in March. The Dow is down about 5.7% so far in March. We’ll watch the commodity complex all day Tuesday on CNBC TV. @CL.1 1M mountain West Texas Intermediate futures in the past month Big Oil Oil futures fell nearly 11% on Monday amid President Donald Trump’s optimism that the end of the war with Iran is near . Big Oil stocks popped, but not so much. Chevron was up 1.7% in the session. The stock has gained nearly 10% since the start of the war. Exxon Mobil was up 0.9% on Monday. Shares have advanced 5.7% since the war began. ConocoPhillips was flat. The stock is up 12% since the start of the war. As oil moves, stocks seem to go in the opposite direction. GameStop shares are off 35% from the May high. GME 3M mountain GameStop in the past three months KB Home reports after the bel l The stock has lost 6.4% in the past three months.
