Here are Thursday’s biggest calls on Wall Street: Morgan Stanley reiterates Tesla as equal weight Morgan Stanley said its survey checks show Tesla is expanding robotaxi operations. “Our Alphawise data shows increased hiring in northern metro areas for ‘AI Safety Operators’ – a sign that Tesla is gearing up to expand robotaxi operations.” Citizens initiates National Health Properties as market outperform Citizens said it’s bullish on the senior living real estate investment trust. ” NHP is executing a strategy consistent with peers by increasing its SHOP [Senior Housing Operating Properties] exposure to enhance organic growth and support valuation multiple expansion.” Bernstein reiterates Nvidia as outperform Bernstein said Nvidia remains well positioned. “The datacenter opportunity is enormous, and still early, with material upside still possible.” Wolfe reiterates Meta as outperform The firm said it’s bullish on Meta’s subscription services . “We are incrementally positive, and we’re revising our subscription revenue and OI ests to $16B and $13B by 2030.” Oppenheimer upgrades Quanta Services to outperform from perform Oppenheimer said the company is uniquely positioned. “We are transferring coverage of Quanta Services (PWR) from Kansas City Capital, upgrading to an Outperform from Perform and instituting an $800 price target, which reflects 35x and 30x our 2026-27E adjusted EBITDA, respectively.” Wells Fargo upgrades LyondellBasell to Overweight from equal weight Wells said the chemical company has momentum. “Upgrade LYB t o OW as Commodities Still Seem Positioned to Benefit, Inflation Concerns Loom Downstream, Demand Destruction.” Jefferies upgrade Dominion to buy from hold Jefferies said it’s bullish on the company’s merger with NextEra Energy. “Why now? Following the NextEra Energy (NEE) acquisition, we upgrade Dominion t o Buy. This is not simply a merger/arbitrage view that the spread is ‘too wide’. We see positive upside skew to NEE towards a ~teens (14%) P/E premium. We expect the deal to close: buying D is akin to buying NEE near an average P/E multiple given the ~6% spread.” Deutsche Bank reiterates Marvell as buy Deutsche raised its price target to $240 per share from $120 following earnings. “MRVL’s F1Q report/F2Q guide were both solid yet again, with the co’s typical slight beat in F1Q further bolstered by a “raise” in F2Q as Data Center (DC) revenues led the way in both quarters.” Read more. Bank of America reiterates Snowflake as buy The firm raised its price target to $300 per share from $205 following earnings. “Snowflake reported strong F1Q27 results where its key growth metric, Product revenue, grew 34% y/y, accelerating 4 points from +30% in F4Q26.” Barclays initiates CarGurus as overweight Barclays said shares of the auto company are attractive. “Our OW rating primarily reflects CARG’s attractive valuation and growth profile as we expect it will expand its paying dealer base and QARSD [Quarterly Average Revenue per Subscribing Dealer] at a solid pace.” Baird initiates Suncrete as outperform Baird said the concrete company is best positioned for share gains. “Suncrete i s a newly public ready-mix concrete pure play with the goal of consolidating key growth markets in the sunbelt states.” Barclays reiterates Salesforce as overweight Barclays said it’s sticking with the stock following earnings on Wednesday. “We are not sure Q1 will be a main catalyst either way for CRM investors to solve the AI debate. True, AI ARR continued to do well (over $1bn), but remains small in the overall context. It seems Slack plus AI is performing well, but AI also creates visible headwinds to other parts like Tableau.” Mizuho reiterates Micron as outperform Mizuho said the stock remains a top idea. ” MU – Reiterate Outperform, Raising Estimates and PT to $1,150 from $800.” Mizuho reiterates Dell as outperform Mizuho raised its price target on the stock. “Reiterate Outperform and raise PT to $350 (prior: $300), ~23x our F28E EPS as we see DELL benefitting from Agentic AI server ramps, with Vera-only racks potentially made by DELL, an expanding AI server backlog, and continued storage ramps.” JPMorgan upgrades Dick’s to overweight from neutral JPMorgan upgraded the stock following earnings. “Big picture, DKS is executing at a high level, with the company well positioned to benefit from wellness and sports trends, 250th Anniversary, 2026 World Cup, and 2028 Olympics.” BMO initiates FedEx Freight as outperform BMO said the freight company has robust free-cash flow. “FDXF has the potential to deliver meaningful earnings and free cash flow (FCF) improvement in a demand recovery and outperform peers in a flat environment if management executes a step-change in service levels.” Bank of America upgrades Agilent to overweight from equal weight Bank of America upgraded the stock following earnings. “We update our model to reflect 2Q results and upgrade Agilent ( A) to Buy from Neutral on the back of a solid F2Q beat.” BTIG initiates Absci Corp as buy BTIG said the biotech company could be a “GLP-1 Moment for hair loss.” ” Absci Corporation is a clinical-stage biotechnology company that integrates generative AI and high-throughput biology to design novel protein therapeutics.” Susquehanna reiterates Broadcom as positive Susquehanna raised its price target to $490 per share from $450. “Broadcom reports earnings on Wednesday, June 3rd. We expect better CY1Q results driven by upside from both Custom ASICs and AI Networking.” Oppenheimer initiates Sterling Infrastructure as outperform The firm said shares of the infrastructure services company have more room to run. “We are initiating coverage of Sterling Infrastructure (STRL) with an Outperform rating and $950 price target, which reflects 34x and 25x our 2026-27E adjusted EBITDA, respectively.”
