U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday said existing restrictions on defense cooperation between the United States and Azerbaijan were being lifted, calling the move “a big deal.”
Trump made the announcement during a meeting at the White House with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
